I wanted to take the opportunity to thank anyone who answered my myriad of questions about Universal and their hotels, specifically HRH. We just got back yesterday and I can't tell you how much we enjoyed our six day stay at HRH. What a fabulous hotel! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was wonderful. We had a garden view room, overlooking the butterfly garden and the water. This was our first trip to Universal, so we didn't know what to expect. Pretty much everything was beyond any expectations.

Again, thanks to anyone who had the patience to answer my questions. I'll be writing up a trip report in the next few days.
