Want to acknowledge the awesome post trip service we received on the Fantasy. After a wonderful Spring Break cruise, we returned home and noticed we left a drawer of swim related items in our state room. We sent an email to Lost and Found. They immediately responded to our inquiry, tracked down the items and sent them back to us.

Many thanks for all your help... we very much appreciated it!!
 
It's ok, we know you truly didn't have room in your luggage and figured a way to have Disney send them to you. Lol

In all seriousness ... it was amazing! We left the ship Saturday and noticed Monday when I was doing the laundry the clothes were missing. Surfed DIS and found advice on how to contact Lost and Found. Sent an email. Within an hour, they responded. They said they hadn't found the clothes, but that was not unusual because given the flurry of activity disembarking one group of passengers and embarking the next group, sometimes they don't have time to get the lost and found articles off the ship before they leave port. They said to stay tune until the Fantasy gets back next Saturday. Sure enough, the following weekend they sent me an email saying they had found the clothes and were shipping them back to me free of charge. The UPS package arrived two days later.
