My Dh and I took our first ever adults only trip this past week. We arrived on Sunday and at a little after 4 am on Tuesday morning. My daughter called to tell us that our son's house was on fire. I was beside myself of course. My son and his family were out of town for my DIL's father's funeral and we had left everything in the hands of our other two children. When I went down to the front desk Daran helped me out greatly. Made all flight arrangements to get us home, refunded the remainder of our stay, the remainder of the cost of our tickets and even put the remainder of the "reward" dollars on my visa card as a credit to my card. I could have never handled all this on my own.
