We don't even arrive until May 2, but the concierge staff at the Contemporary has been fantastic. They have arranged PS for us and got a CRT ps. They have answered my questions quickly and politely and provided the May hours to me before they appeared on the Disney website. I just want to say thank you! to them for their help so far, they have added to the anticipation of this upcoming vacation!!!!!
