Thanks to Chuck working TSM on Tues, 2/16/10

Thanks to a cast member named Chuck who was working Toy Story Mania, Tuesday morning, February 16, 2010!! I am a visually impaired person, and I came through the handicapped line (to avoid those stairs) and Chuck not only helped me in the "car", he explained to me in inches where the step was and how to operate the machinary. When I went back a second time, he even had a special "gun" that I could you use to help me enjoy the ride more! As wonderful as most cast members are - CHUCK REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! If you bosses are reading, may I suggest a raise or promotion for this guy???
