This is very disrespectful of you to say. They made HOST_ games for us so we can have fun. It is not their problem you can not get into the room. Then they try to fix it and lower the line count and then you complain again so they make it bigger and you're still complaining. Another themed months is way better then what VMK used to have, because back then it was very unorganized in many different ways. And it is July 7th and I believe at the first of this month they released many things to our surprise. You need to just stop complaining and do something with your disrespectful attitude towards others. Please do not disrespect staff as you are not in their shoes at the moment and you never will be. (it's just like the saying: "you can't judge a book by it's cover" Well you can not judge others either unless you're in their place.)

I think a good idea would be to maybe open two or three of the same game. Maybe Fin, Hula, and Lily could all have the same exact type of room open. This would cut down on lines and waits. They did something similar for the ride event so it would probably work.

i am surprised that people still think that the world will end if one of the hosts decides to open her room 5 WHOLE MINUTES LATE!!!!! OH MY GOSH CALL THE PRESS, SOMEONE IS LATE FOR SOMETHING!!!! i think people need to get off of staff's back and let them do their job i mean honestly will you suddenly cease to exist if you actually don't have a pin? there are many pins i don't have, and the truth is i really don't care cause it's just a blob of pixels! People need to get over themselves, and get off of staff. Is it suddenly their fault that 1/3 of the VMK population is trying to get in their room the entire time they're open?? of course not. Is it all of a sudden HOST_Hula's problem just because the company she works for has a lousy server? How is it all of a sudden HOST_Phinny's fault if you don't get your Jack Sparrow costume? pople need to lighten up and realize that this is just game and at no time will you actually recieve any of these things from vmk in real life. Staff don't harp on you every time you are late somewhere (and i'm sure everyone on this board has been late getting somewhere) so don't do it to them and let them do their job.. staff is not the bad guy here, all of everyone's jealousy and greed is

Heck I'm so tired of pins it isn't funny. Why can't they have a new piece of furniture every week or a new costume? Or even one piece of costume every week and that make a new full costume every month.

I started searching for the room 5 minutes before it started. Searched and searched. Couldn't find it. Finally when I finally found it, it was full already. ( how do ppl find the rooms before they are at the top of the list and full already?) Tried for an hour, finally got in line! Got in room, I was next and dc! Got back in line, right away this time. Got through the line won the game and dc, wasn't sure if I got prize. But I did! They are getting very good about that! If you win and dc, you will probably get the prize! It is rough getting in, but they are trying.

Since the DC time has shortened I haven't been able to actually play a host game at all. Even if I get in the line within one minute of logging on. A few weeks ago I could at least lose in dignity. hehe

I don't blame staff for the DC or the long lines. They're just doing their jobs. When they boot people, it's probably because it's the end of the time they have. I hope the DC thing can at least go back to the way it was before. I mean, that was annoying too, but at least you could play two games of fireworks in that amount of time instead of logging out and back in in between each game.

They've had a lot of new stuff lately, including a new game, so I just figure it'll take some time to get everything worked out. It's not like I have anything better to do than wait. hehe
Plus the new stuff is worth it.

Well in some jobs being 5 minutes late IS a big deal. This is their job. Who knows why they are late, we don't know if it's their fault or something work related that caused the game to open late.

I still laugh about the math of the host games. Over 3 million people registered, about 4,000 playing tonight at any one time and ONE staff room. The odds are not great for anyone to get in. I always thought that just getting into the room deserved a prize

I got into Fin's host game tonight and noticed that the line-up to play the game (after the queue) was a little jumbled. She told us to move all the way down, but the last few people coming into the gaming area didn't have room to click. The game had six people stand side-by-side in a row (kind of) behind some ropes. When she removed the center rope, we were to run to a slide teleporter, and the person who chose the correct one (ended up by her) was the winner. My guess is that the technical difficulty was that she needed to change the queue/line-up in the gaming area. All six people wanted to stand right in front of the center rope, and there wasn't room.

Yeah I agree that they should have multiple host games running at once. But that's not really the hosts fault either. It depends on what VMK wants them to do and when VMK wants them to work. They should hire more hosts.

It probably a budget thing they have to have staff to run the games and it's possible the budget doesn't have a lot of room for extra help except for events. I wish they would utilize Community Leaders more.
