Pumba, I finally tried the crockpot roast recipe you posted. It was excellent. DH loved it!

DID you use half the amount from the envelopes.....or the full strength..???

Hi, Pumba. I used the whole envelopes. My crockpot holds a pretty good size roast, so I used the full amount, but I did increase the water. It made great gravy and the meat is very tender. Tomorrow I plan on open face roast beef sandwiches for dinner. This one is a keeper, I'm definatly adding it to my recipe file!
