I was having a heck of a time adding postcard rate rooms for my sister (they were all gone) first week of December at POP. After what felt like a zillion calls, I got someone who said she wasn't able to do it, but to hold on. She talked to guest services and somehow magic happened. Got all 6 nights of the second room at my postcard rate! Thanks Mary!!
