I was able to get A boarding passes for SW. I printed them at 12:01 for our flight to Orlando and at the GF Business Center for our flight home. Both of our flights were completely booked and I felt such a relief knowing that my mother, DD7 and I would be able to sit together.

I wanted to thank you for your willingness to share your travel expertise with us on the transportation board. I would have never known that I could check in at home!

I thought you could not print out multiple boarding passes? On the website it says that you cannot do the boarding passes if their are multiple passengers, youth, etc. Does it matter?

You cannot print them out if you have multiple people on the same reservation. If they are separate and not senior, infant, youth etc. You can print as many as they will allow.

Gail - How do you get separate reservation #s? I booked my DH, DS (19) and me for a wonderful deal - $49 each way from MHT to MCO but have a single confirmation number. TIA for any advice you have.

Call SW and they will give you a new confirmation number for each person in your party.

It took me about 10 minutes. Very easy and they were glad to do it.

Keep in mind that if you are into the "Rapid Rewards" program that the minute you call and make an adjustment to an online reservation, you lose the one point RR credit!

This happened to me two weeks ago. I was trying to print the boarding passes before we left for the airport. I called southwest, the lady did something & while we were on the phone I could print them out.

I think most of you are all finding out what an absolutely wonderfull and helpfull person Gail is. The Transportation board would be lost without her knowledge...IMHO of course.

I have my children booked together on one reservation and DH and I are on another. Oh well, doesn't really matter as our airport is so small that it will not take long to get the passes at check-in.
