I've been to wdw many many times. We haven't been for 3 years though and haven't been with children in the past 5 years. A lot has changed. This forum really provides invaluable information. 1. I saved an additional $30 off of my car rental with info on the transportation forum last night and 2. I booked my very first fast passes today. I love planning Disney trips but FP+ was stressing me out. I read all of the threads about it. I decided NOT to stay up and book at 1 am. I am booking for 4 people. I booked at 6:30 am this morning. I got everything I wanted. I just booked the suggested sets and then I adjusted times on about 4 fast passes for the week. Super easy! There was no need to stress but without the helpful info found here, it would not have gone as well.

Yeah!! This is our first trip with FP+, too. We went many times with FP and then one time with FP-and the enforced end times.

I'm actually glad they did that at the end of regular FPs to ease us into it <s>

I feel sorry for people when I see them standing in a 40 minute line for stitches great escape ....
But you can't make everyone do their homework -

The research was definitely worth it. I'm keeping an open mind about FP+. My only dislike so far is that after our first few park days we tend to be spontaneous about where we are going on what day. That won't be happening. At least we have park hoppers so we can go to other parks than the one for which we have FP+.
