I just wanted to thank everyone who helped design things for our trip. Ryker got lots of attention with his shirts. His shirt that said "first plane trip" got him an invitation to visit the cockpit and the pilots before take off. His autograph books got him lots of attention from the charaters and it seemed like more time alloted to him by the charaters. Lots of attention from castmembers with his shirts. Two cast members wanted to know where he got his star war weekend shirt with his name on it...they wanted to go buy one! The best story is of two fathers at our Pirates and Pals cruise who started yelling at the castmembers because their sons did not get a shirt. My husband had to go over and explain that I had made the shirt for him and we did not get it from Disney. Then they wanted me to make them one for "any amount of money!!!" The castmembers also wanted one from themselves!
I do not remember everyone who designed stuff for us but I do know Wendy, Penny and dolly for all their invites, autograph pages and decorations for the room. Ryker would run back to the room every afternoon to see if he "had Mail" from Mickey to read.
I know there were other designers who help out also and I just want to tell you all how much all your help meant to us and our grandson and made his trip very special.
