I wanted to say "Thank You" to all of you! We are leaving for Fort Wilderness in 16 days and I have found so many helpful ideas for camping at the Fort.
We will be there Jan 10-16th. DH and I are experienced tent campers...we've been camping 2-3 times a year for the last 12 years, plus we each had been camping for years before we met. Our DD (age 2 1/2) is also a great little camper!
DH is from western New York and I am from Panama City, Fl. Growing up in FL, I've been to Disney World more times than I can count...but it has been 15 years since I've last been. DH has been once and DD is looking forward to her first visit.
We are also very excited to be moving in our new tent. We upgraded from our 3 room Coleman dome tent to the Eureka Copper Canyon 1610! We did a trial set up this past weekend...in the snow...so I've been busy dreaming up our new floorplan!
I plan on sharing a trip report when we return since I have gotten so much out of looking at all of yours. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience!
