Just wanted to thank the person that posted the number for SWA Consumer Relations (214-792-4223). I tried twice to get my $240 credited back to my cc with the 1-800-IFLYSWA and both times I was told that i had non refundable tickets. So I tried the Consumer Relations number and the gentleman took a look at my ressies and said "I don't see why i can't credit this because it was an internet sale." Today $240 was credited back to my account!! And i am flying SWA for $49 each way!!! Thank you whoever you are!!! THESE BOARDS ROCK!!!!!

I called the same # when I got home from my trip and had my $240. credited back to my cc - so thanks from me, too !!! We had two awesome flights with SWA - looking forward to using them again !
