Thank you to Cast Member, Cat at Goofy's Barnstormer in MK on 5/6/09

My 9 yo son lost his mickey ears hat on Goofy's Barnstormer (yes..even after we reminded him on every ride that day to remove his hat). It was our next to last day on vacation after a wonderful 10 day stay. He was devastated since he really wanted to bring the hat home and show his friends.

Cast Member, Cat from Orlando, was at the entrance to Goofy's Barnstormer. She immediately found another cast member to work the entrance while she personally retrieved the hat for him.

Cat put a smile back on my son's face and the remainder of our stay was fantastic.

Thank you Cat!! And (sorry if this has been asked before) does anyone know of the best way to contact WDW so that Cat can be recognized for "going above and beyond" in assisting us?

Thanks SyracuseWolvrine for passing along my family's thanks to Cat and for posting WDW's contact address. Her gesture was appreciated, as she went out of her way for my son, when she didn't have to. The look on his face though ... going from disapointment to a smile when she presented the hat was priceless.
