A very BIG thank you to all of you for inspiring me to embrace my creative side! 
I appreciate all of the designs you've shared. Here is what I did with them:
Created thank you cards for cast members:
edited the disney stick family to reflect ours. Title is "Thank you for making our vacation extra special!" Our names are included under each disney figure and at the bottom it has the Disney Vacation 2007 wording. I had these printed on 100 business cards at Staples (free after a coupon I had). They turned out great!
Created laminated schedule cards:
These are about index card sized. On one side it has the day of the week and one of the fun borders I found here. On the other, it has the mickey parts border and includes the day/date, what park we're doing that day, where our reservations are and the res number, anything special we don't want to miss, and at the very bottom I included how many ts & cs credits I plan to use for the ddp. They are in color and laminated. I then punched a hole in the upper right corner and will put a ring through them and clip them to our backpack.
