I'm a huge fan of the podcast and listen religiously. We've recently gotten on the Dave Ramsey bandwagon and we've been on a pretty strict budget since April (we had tax issues which were stressful but ended up being an accounting error so it's all good now but we learned to budget in the process). Anyway I started doing some of those online surveys and "clicks" based on your segment of the podcast. I work full-time and have 3 little ones so I'm certainly not as diligent as I could be. Even so I just received my first $25 Disney gift card in the mail today!!! I'm hoping to give each child a gift card for spending $$$ in Disney. One down, two to go!!! I have until August to earn 2 more so it may not happen but I'm still excited and grateful.

Yes thanks Theresa! I have already cashed out for $100 in Disney gift cards ($75 in hand, $25 on the way), and I should be able to cash out for another one on Monday. That would be $125 total, and I think I can earn another $50 before my trip in August. I started right after you talked about Quick Rewards on the podcast. (Quick off-topic question, if my voicemail was played on the podcast in April, do I email you or Julie about a shirt, or are you guys not doing podcast shirts anymore? I was just wondering because our trip is in two and a half months, and I was hoping I might get it before then.) Thanks again for the rewards program tip!!! :

I started right after the podcast show although I didn't listen to show the right away (the horror!). Maybe one month to get $25? If I had more time to devote to this, I could have definitely earned more. I was also surprised by how quickly they sent the gift card! I received the gift card in less than a week from the time I "cashed out."

Thanks again! My kids will enjoy having their own spending money on our trip!!!

There's a thread in the budget board that explains it and if you go to the archive for the podcast show, Teresa explains it all. (I'm about to take my 4 year old to a birthday party so I don't have time to find the links, sorry!)

I registered on quickrewards.net and get TONS of emails for various surveys, paid emails, etc. I *should* have used a separate email account for this as the amount of email is a bit overwhelming.
