Thank you postcard?

Have any of you ever get a thank you postcard from Disney Destinations? I got one in the mail yesterday.

It was a big yellow envelope with Mickey in the corner that said See Ya Real Soon. It was addressed to me and on the back it had Disney Destinations.

Inside it just had a picture of Mickey and the gang and said they hoped we enjoyed our trip in 2011. This was our 5th trip and is the first time I have ever received one of these.

I was a little disappointed becuase when I saw Disney Destinations I was hoping for a pin code.

I got a similar post card after our Oct 18-22 trip to the World. I too was disappointed there was no code included!

It was really cute though, and my son keeps asking to see the Mickey Mail.

We got one this week too. We were at Disney from Oct. 13-17. Very cute.

We received one on sat (first time ever receiving this). We were there 11/22-11/29.

received the same envelope/card last week.

thought it was a very nice touch!

this is the first time i have received the card.
have been going yearly since '92.

We received one as well. Nicely done. Nice surprise. They didn't have to do anything, but they chose to, and I thought it was a nice gesture.

I know this is an old post, but I just received one of the postcards mentioned for our September 2012 trip. This was our fourth trip and the first time we have received one. There is a number at the bottom, so maybe they only send out so many?

This is our first time staying at a deluxe resort, but we also stayed at AOA in a LM room on opening night, so we wondered if either one of those factors is what prompted the postcard.

I also thought it was a pin code and asked DH if he booked a secret trip for us ( I knew he did not) but it said see ya real soon! Lol

Both kids wanted it for their room, so I told them we would hang it with our resturant photos.

I don't think it matters where you stayed. We've stayed at values and mods and we have gotten this postcard several times after our trips.

As an AP holder, I go to WDW 4-6 times a year and sometimes I get this postcard and sometimes I don't. I did get one for our recent Sept 1st-8th trip and also our trip this past Feb, but did not get one after my May trip, nor did I get one after my Dec trip. In Dec I was at CSR, in Feb we were at POFQ, in May we were at CSR, and in Sept we were at AKL. The year before, I went four times to WDW and never did get one.

I got a "See ya real soon" Post card today, it was so cool. I go almost every year and this is the first one I have seen.

Now if I could get my first pin code.

Got a card from Aulani thanking us for staying there. It also came with the code to download a resort exclusive song.
