Hi all. I've posted interminable posts regarding my ds's road trip to Tampa. He's 32 and moving to the Tampa area. I just wanted to thank all of you that gave me any kind of insights. He did decide to just stay on 95 all the way. He left here (central Ma) at 3:45 this morning and checked into his motel in Fredricksburg at 11:45. Hit no traffic at all until just before Baltimore..an accident up ahead. I gave him a disp. camera to document his trip for his little sister (11). His comment when he called as he entered NJ was "I know you wanted some shots of NYC from the GW bridge Mom but I was moving a bit too fast. About 45 and a ton of trucks..so no pictures." And he hit the Beltway around 10:30ish and never slowed to under 50!!! so, the hard part is over. He drives to Savannah tomorrow and then on to Tampa on Sat. Thanks to all of you for bearing with my many questions!!! Your kids are never too old to not worry about them I guess!!!
