First of all, I would like to thank the CM's at WDW. They were the friendliest, most hard working people I have ever met. They made my first real trip to Disney so magical- and I now really look forward to an annual trip to the BEST PLACE ON EARTH!!!

Well, now that was sweet Eliz. I don't even work for Disney, and I appreciated your saying that.

I asked over on the community board how much of the Disney personality is hereditary. I realize that Disney is pretty well known for what I have heard openly referred to as "indoctrination" of the workers. I don't think that we can actually change someone's personality though. I suspect that that pixie dust is largely in the genes.
