Thank You Chicago Bears...

Yeahhhh, no we don't! :thumbsup2 I HATED that guy...
Ok, so we don't really feel badly. :rotfl2:

Actually we are giddy with happiness that Chicago has to deal with the whiny diva now.

Orton has thrown 2 picks all season.

Cutler had how many just in today's blood bath?

Broncos - 6-0 (And Orton beat the Bengals)
Bears - 3-3

I'm a lifelong Bears fan but Orton is a fellow Boilermaker so I love seeing him do well.

That's were we start off at. Yea for the Purdue boys....Both of them. Every week, we cheer on the Broncos and the Saints. We try and keep up with the other Boilers playing in the NFL, but it's a lot easier to do when they are QB's.

Count me in on the Purdue football guys bandwagon -- I worked in the building Drew had most of his classes and he's really a nice, first-class guy. :thumbsup2

Give it time before declaring victory. Orton wasn't the problem here, the problem is still here - Ron Turner, and so far Cutler has acted very professionally. If Orton was still here, the Bears at best would be 3-3, at least defenses have to worry about Cutler throwing the long ball.

If you remember a couple of years ago Brian Griese pretended the earphones weren't working a drove the Bears to a victory. He was not a big fan of Ron Turner either.

Orton is a good quarterback in the right situation - they are calling a very good offense out there and he is playing well. I saw him in person put 500 yards in offense on Indiana when he was at Purdue.

I don't think anybody is declaring any kind of victory.

Just a thank you for taking the QB who couldn't produce when he had a strong team and coaching staff around him off the Bronco's hands.

And you made him the 4th highest paid QB in the league.

And give it time. He will show his diva side in time. :lmao:

Hmmm. I seem to recall Bronco fans booing Orton quite a bit in the preseason when he wasn't performing well. Now, b/c you are 6-0, Orton can do no wrong.

I'm a Bears fan and am glad Orton is doing well.

Time will tell whether we got the raw deal.........

I was in Estes Park, CO a couple months ago on vacation and there was a very generic looking shirt with Cutler's number on it (I believe #6) with Bears colors and the name line said, "Diva." I'm sure the generic nature of it was to avoid a lawsuit, but I loved it. I have been kicking myself that I didn't buy it.

Hilarious. Cutler is the second coming of Favre.

Dh and I cheer for the Broncos and Saints too. Number one will always be the Bears though.
