Thank-you cards

Anyone give out thank-you cards to ship staff? Do you put extra tips in them? I have read on here some give out phone cards for tips. Do you think the staff prefers this over cash? how much should the phone cards be valued at?? Thanks in advance!

I never thought of that. Phone cards, what a great idea... I think next time I will tip the regular amount and the extra tip for the superior service will be phone cards... I too would be interested in what people think a good amount would be for the card.

We always give phone cards as an extra to our tips not in place of them. They have been very well received.

I bought a large pack of phone cards (made sure they were good for use internationally) at SAM'S Club. The cards were good for 100 minutes each.

We give Florida lottery tickets in addition to the regular tips and also to people in non-tipped positions.

Here's a site where someone already has thank you cards printed up. You just need to download them to your computer and print them out. They have a design section just for Disney cruise cast members.
