so we just got our thank you card with a picture of Minnie and I was wondering are these real? I can't imagine every single family getting a hand drawn picture someone would be working 24/7. It looks real mine has blue pencil that does not look like a computer drew it. Does anyone know the answer?

I always get one too. I'm sure they are copies.

I've got a bunch of them. All the same. Still a nice touch...

It is a nice touch, but they are all printed copies. Still they are pretty enough to frame.

In 2014 I got Mickey and this time it was MM is it random or changed every year?

I toss mine in the trash. To me, it is a waste of funds to have printed/mailed the thing!

Oh man your crushing me I thought they were legit

Oh, boy-I thought I was naive! I thought "The Bachelor" was real and yet even I knew these were just copies. But I still haven't figured how come Mickey doesn't talk.

Sorry, it never occurred to me that this might be taken as rude. Thought I was teasing.

The tongue-in-cheek "Bachelor" reference was a dead give away. You were obviously teasing. Next time remember to insert a ;) I think you can say anything as long as you append a ;) or an "LOL".

LOL :)

ha i was just messing around.....i really want to know how they print them bc i swear there are random blue pencil marks on mine that seem to random to be a mass printing....going again in a few weeks so i will get another so i can compare then.....

We've gotten Mickey for the past few years. Never a Minnie Mouse or Dumbo. Would love one of those!

Before the Mickey ones, we got colorful ones that included The Fab 5 in front of the castle.

We have been DVC members for 12+ years, multiple trips per year, and have never received one.

We've been DVC members for 12+ years also (2/2002) and just received our first one in October 2014. I thought it was because it was the first time that we'd gone with little ones-and our grandchildren, although they're too young to read their names, they loved the picture. But then I received one from my solo visit in 1/2015, so I guess age isn't a factor. Now I'm wondering-did this just start within the last year, or have we both been left out for lots of years?
