Thanks...!! :)

Different prices for different times:

You can check times/prices at http://www.tgv.com

Mil gracias Anotnio ! I just tried again...is the station Marne La Vallee Chessy ? In your opinion, is it worth it ..even if we have to walk to the station ? If I use the TGV on the day we leae DLP, do you know if there is a bus that takes us to the train station or is it walking distance...Mil gracias !

On this page, select Paris CDG airport as your departure and Disneyland paris as your arrival. For me it's working out at about £17 on the way out (on peak) and £11 for the return (off peak) I get it cheaper as I'm classed as a 'young person' (12-25 years old)

Sorry, the currency on my post was euro.

If you are in the UK website (http://www.raileurope.co.uk/):
First, on BOOK YOUR TRAVEL NOW, select "any other station" from "Departing from". A new window should open. And then...

On leaving from, you should write:

Airport CDG 2 TGV, and click on "or choose here"

On Going to

Marne La Vallee or Disneyland, and click on "or choose here".

I will never use any other way from CDG to DLRP. In just 10 minutes you are in the park...

There is no need to take a bus. Train station in just 3 minutes away from the park entrance...walking. It's located on the Village entrance, and on the same place where you take all the buses to hotels

Antonio, Thanks so much for your suggestions. The price that I got was €68 for my family versusu The only reason we would take the VEA on the day of our arrival would be to so some sightseeing to get to the park ? ( Is it worth it ?) and then take the TGV on the day we leave, in order to get faster to the airport. I was just wondering, if I make a reservation, which I understood that it is necessary, what happens if by any chance my plane arrives later and I miss the train ? Can I get on the next one , even if my reseravation is not for that one ?

I don't think it worths. You will only get a shightseeing of hotels. Anyway, take a look at train's timetable. Maybe you don't have a train until three hours later

Yes, it is necessary, just to make sure you have your places

Never hapenned to me, but I always try to get a train, at least, one hour and a half later than my flight's arrival and two hours/two hours and a half before our flight's departure.
DLRP it's only one stop away from airport (10 minutes). Most probably, you won't have any problem

I will be going to PDL on the 18th of Dec for 4 days 3 nights and my partner and I are planning to take the TGV too.
Had a look at the website suggested by you guys and is going to cost us £56 for two returns.
Does anyone knows if we need to buy these tickets in advance or can we get them at the train station?? will it more expensive if we get them at the train station??
Finally, how can we get to the train station from the airport?? we are flying BA, so should be using terminal 2B. IS the station near terminal 2B or do we need to catch a bus from the terminal to the train station? It is a lot more expensive than the VEA shuttle but i guess is well worth it as it only takes 10mins to get to disneyland.
:cool1:

You can buy the tickets at the station, but I think the earlier you buy, the cheaper they are.

If you're arriving at Terminal 2B then you can walk through the terminal to the station - here is a plan of most of Terminal 2!! BTW do you know for definite that you will be arriving at T2 - I know that things could well have changed, but I thought that BA used Terminal 1. :confused3 If that was the case then you would have to catch the No. 1 airport shuttle over to the station. There is more information in this thread, which can be found in the Useful Information sticky :)

Thanks Bexx, I have checked the my confirmation email from BA and it says my flight will arrive at Terminal 2B. So, I hope it won't change although I know they could especially when they have run out of stands/gates at 2B. I can't seem to find the train station on the map mentioned by you?! Can only see the taxi and bus info but not any train station.

That must have changed since I flew with them many years ago!! :teeth: And it works to your advantage - much easier than trying to get from T1. The station isn't very well marked on the map, but it's over on the right and you can just see a little railway line with a train on it!!
