TGV delivery to US?

I have attempted to reserve tickets for our November trip but when I input United States as my country it says there are no such stations as CDG or Chessy (sp).... If I input Great Britain there is no problem! I dont understand it..

My problem is that I wanted to have the tickets mailed to me to cut down on finding/waiting on lines in the airport but when I go to the payment page it has (naturally) Great Britain as my country..

Has anyone booked TGV tickets and had them delivered to the United States?

Any suggestions?

If you have no luck with having them mailed to the US, I would be happy for you to have them sent to my address is UK and then forward on to you (if you trust me of course )

I live in canada and ordered mine and had them mailed. Received them in a week like they said Hope this helps
