TGM- Save $3 banner not working? (above)?

I click on the TGM banner at top of page and it just takes me to his front page.... I'd like to "save $3"!!!



???am I missing the code or missing something?

It' sworking I jsut tried it. Click on the $3.00 & then click on sign up for 21.95 then it takes you to sign up for 18.95 for Diz Board Members.
