The 2 hour delay just makes the day shorter, but it is still long enough to count as a full day. Some years back, they cancelled AM kindergarten when there was a delay but the AM class got so far behind the PM class that they had to institute a modified plan so they could still get in also.

Diane, lately it hasn't been snow but ice. The snow melts during the day then turns to ice at night. Or we have also been getting freezing rain. And you just can't see the ice until you feel it.

That's the WORST! I used to hate the freezing rain we got in upstate NY! We get it occationally here, but not often.

Morning All!

No delays here, just seems like rain outside.

Our school used to cancel AM Kinder., but this year they make the AM go after the delay and they still let them out at noon. So the kids are only there about 40 minutes before they have to leave. Sounds stupid to me.

Carol, I hope that the roads aren't too bad for you. We had that freezing rain yesterday here as well. Not fun at all! I can stand rain or snow, but this ice stuff is awful!

Good Morning everyone.

It is snowing here, I had to go look out the door to make sure, the flakes are so small I can't see them with out my glasses, and I have no idear where those are. THe only thing I can do with out them on my face is DIS, because the screen is just the right distance away!

I believe I have this little riddle.
