Texas Challenge

A couple of days ago, a restaurant somewhere in Orlando was featured on a TV programme in England that had what was called the Texas Challenge. The challenge was to eat a mountain of steak (literally). The guy attempting it failed miserably, but the doggy bag probably kept the rest of the family in beef sandwiches for a month.
Does anyone know where this place is? I could never do the challenge, but the puddings were enormous.
