I've got a question for all you Teva wearers out there.

I've got a pair of Teva Terradctyl sandals which I've had about three years now. The "owner's manual" that came with the sandals mentions periodically cleaning the sandals then treating
them with Tea Tree Oil.

Anybody ever done this?
What does the oil do for the sandal?
Where did you find the oil?

Thanks for the info.

sorry don't know hy you would need the oil for your sandals other than th keep them from drying out and cracking???, but you can get it at any run of the mill health food store...
my kids TEVAs have never made it 3 years and I have NEVER read the manual...good for you!

I got epoxy paint all over mine - does that count as maintenance?

I believe Tea Tree Oil is used in the treatment of toe nail fungus....so perhaps it's used to stop or prevent stuff from growing on the foot pad area.

Just a guess.

Tea Tree Oil is used for other things too. How good it works, I have no idea.
