You've got a carriage return between the width=200 and src=".... Make sure that there is only a space in between these.

Or can one of our great moderators (yes, give them a big hand folks) use your mystical powers and edit her signature and take that &ltbr> out and change the &amplt back to a &lt. Thanks.

Snow Wight, you might also want to check out this link concerning clipart guidelines for clipart in your signature.

Clipart Guidelines

The one at the bottom of your signature is outside the guidelines and although the width=200 for the new clip will keep it's size within, the total byte size of the two in there together will exceed the limits.
