Does anyone actually know how Disney is helping guests who test positive at the end of the Adventure, and cannot return to the US? Meaning, where would we quarantine? I’m getting ZERO info from Disney. Vacationista was clueless about this (and other things….). I asked her to escalate to a manager, and the response was meaningless. We are booked (for the 3rd year) to Italy/Amalfi, and the idea of quarantining for 10-21 days in a government facility is not acceptable. Please only reply if you actually know, because guessing on all of this is nerve-wracking…….Thanks.

What I was told is that once the trip ends it's out of Disney's hands, they aren't responsible. Of course which country you're in and their way of handling foreign travelers at the time of your trip is the big question, they're all different. This too can also change at any moment (which, is also nerve wracking), since they can loosen or tighten restrictions at will based on outbreaks. Disney can't roll out the crystal ball and tell you how Italy will handle a quarantine should you test positive, but they do know that once your adventure is over they're done with you so to speak. It's unfortunately a travel at your own risk situation, and one my husband and I had to weigh out ourselves since we can't see in to the future to what might happen in our country of departure should this happen to us next year, but you have to be willing to accept that responsibility whatever it may change to. Whatever information you get today could change tomorrow.
