Basically the same stuff I eat the day of.

But I usually make poutine with the gravy.

In Christmas With The Kranks, the wife is like chasing down a parking lot after her hickory honey ham, screaming 'MY HICKORY HONEY HAM!!'
And I'm laughing my butt off not because it's silly, but because the idea of eating ham at Xmas is just not possible.

I could handle roast beef though. With yorkshire pudding!

We have Ham for Christmas all the time, but we also do a theme each year like Italian, Chinese, Mexican,German, French or something like that with a few dishes that are native to that country.
