Looking at Thrill Data it seems like Test Track LLMP is limited and hard to book on your visiting date compared to Frozen and Remy. Are others finding this to be the case?
Normally I would prebook LLMP for Frozen or Remy depending on where I am entering from and if I am attending Early Entry.

However, maybe its best to prebook Test Track as my tier 1 and hope for the best on booking Frozen or Remy on the visiting day.

Yes, right now test track is the hardest Lightning Lane to get. We were able to pre-book it because we did a second Epcot day six days into our stay. We were still able to book Remi and Frozen Day-of.

We were not able to pre-book TT the second day of our stay.

Single rider is open and that seems to be running 30 minutes or less.

Luckily we get a free Lightning Lane pass after we check into the GM lounge first. This is open to GM employees and retirees and looks down into the speeding cars right below its window.

That's cool! If you don't mind my asking, is there a person you talk to when checking in? I'm hoping to ask an eligibility q for a friend.

Just on the intercom you talk to a person and the person has to show a valid current GM employee/retiree ID to the camera on the intercom.

I was there last week when it opened. I got I llmp about 10 days before (I’m from the UK so can book LLMP 7 days out for all 14 days). Then on Sunday I kept refreshing and got one. It wasn’t too difficult

So it looks like Remy and Frozen LLs are lasting a bit longer during the8 day with the opening of Test Track.
So maybe the new LLMP prebooking strategy is to prebook Test Track (early return if possible), or any other LL with a very early return time (around park opening).
Scan into that early LL return time and then immediately book for Remy or Frozen, hopefully you will have another early LL return time and then scan that in and immediately get a LL for the one you did not get (Remy or Frozen)

I will be on a plane to Aulani when my LLMP booking window opens. I really hope I can get test track when we land. Can someone refresh my memory I cant book LL in advance if my reservation is at another park right? Right now all my days are booked at MK due to the new parade.

After you scan into your first ride you can actually modify your second tier 2 into a tier 1. For example:

9:00 Test Track
10:00 Seas with Nemo
11:00 Soarin

After scanning into Test Track you can then book Remy and then modify Nemo to Frozen and hold both tier 1 rides.

You can book LLMP for a different park than your park pass reservation. You cannot pre-book LLMP for multiple parks on the same day (i.e. 1 MK ride and 2 Epcot rides).

Can I ask why you have all your park passes for MK if you plan on going to other parks? The change due to Starlight for APs was removed after one week of being implemented. It only lasted from 7/20 - 7/27: https://www.wdwmagic.com/other/tick...ions-lifted-for-disney-annual-passholders.htm

I set it up when the restriction was in place and just haven't had the guts to change it yet because I am way behind in planning this trip. I believe the restriction is still in place for the weekends, I asked in another thread if that is correct. We then would only have 2 partial days that aren't on the weekend due to travel and MM

We did this just a couple of weeks ago. We had prebooked Test Track at 9:30 along with Soarin and Mission Space. We rode both of these earlier in the week and had no interest to do either again.

After we tapped in to Test Track, I was able to add Frozen for 1 pm, Remy for 4 pm and Rock & Roller Coaster for 2 pm.

At about noon, we noticed that Remy only had a 25 minute posted wait so we headed over there and found the actual wait to be 10 minutes. I then rolled that LL over to Tiana's for later in the afternoon.

After Remy, we hopped on the Skyliner for DHS then came back through Epcot to ride Frozen later.

This is exactly what I did.

I ended up with a 9 AM spaceship earth, 10 AM test track and 11AM Soarin. As soon as I tapped into spaceship earth I grabbed a lightning lane for Remy. Test track was down in the morning so that turned into an anytime and opened up the ability to book another LL so around 10am I booked frozen for later in the day.

The arrangement that wdwfan94 mentions would be even more ideal, but I couldn’t get my Test track that early (9am). Either way it’s not a huge struggle to get both Remy and frozen. Just make sure you have your first lightning lane close to park open. Remy does book up quicker than frozen though so I would prioritize Remy

Gotcha! The Sat/Sun thing has been the rule since 2023 when reservations were relaxed. It shouldn't shut you out of MK on the weekend as long as you had a reservation at another park and already entered that park. It basically prevents APs from just showing up at MK after 2pm on a Sat/Sun without a reservation for MK or a reservation at another park that they already visited.

Phased closure rules are still in place, but that hasn't happened in a long time and only really happened on major holidays.

Does this work if I start at another park? If I start at MK, and scan into my first ride as close to opening as possible (should be opening 8am the week I'm going if it matches last year's hours) could I book Remy even before Epcot opens if it's available?

Thanks! This is my first year having an AP and the Sat/Sun verbiage really confused me, I thought I still needed to have a MK reservation to visit on weekends. Good to know it's any park. Im going to switch all my reservations over to Epcot since I am staying at BCV

Yes, as long as you scan into your first ride
