AI was kinda boring tonight, well for me anyway..and DWTS's was too drawn out, I only paid attention to the voting of who was going and who was staying...both these shows will wrap up I guess next week, they need to be done, I'm getting tired of being so faithful..LOL

just got back from trent's band concert...it was almost 2 hours long The end was pretty cool though...they had 5th through 12th all together. 217 kids playing at the same time...it was loud

did you know that this morning around 1:55 the dis was down? it keeps going down during the early morning hours. sometimes it stays up until about 2:15.

i can't surf the forums when it is down....

Pam, those concerts are loud and sometimes a little squeeky that is nice they had the whole ensemble play together...cool

Mac, don't worry, I have trouble keeping track of time too, the only real thing I can see with it is that it goes by too fast!!

Here's my check in...My biopsy results are clean...they got it all...

OCM is still very sick...in bed most of the time. I am in contact with her throughout the day and night and Lee is taking off from work to be there at home with her too. They have identified on problem with her and it's a blood cyst that they are working to clear up. Her blood in the urine still is there and they have not found the cause yet.

Now for more bad news.....2 weeks ago they removed a "thing" from my mothers leg...her biopsy came back yesterday as malignant. She goes back in today to have more of it removed, deeper down and then she will start treatments. I don't remember all of the particulars when i was told last night. My brain quit working when I heard cancer and my mother. She is a Breast Cancer Survivor of 10 years...now this......

I don't know how much more I can take folks...

Oh Tony so sorry about your Mom's results, but hang in there, they can do so much today, I'm hopeful she will be fine...prayers and good thoughts coming your way and her's too

Glad you are keeping tabs on momma...I still think that bleeding and this thing have been tied together...tell her we are thinking of her and hope she gets straightened out real soon...

YAY Tony, glad your results were clean!

your mom will get the best care, medicine and treatments have improved over the years.

hi guys, better late than never!

finally drug my mom home after jumping thru many hoops @ hospital; social services wondered why she seemed confused late @ night....d'oh - she's 76, tired, scared. Dr. said she got the million $ treatment, they ran every test they could think of & she's healthy as a horse -- other than the usual arthritis, high bp etc. idjuts I'll be forcing her to go to PT to get her strength back (to be expected when the nurses keep you in bed for 3 days )...anyway hope all gets back to normal soon. Thanks for all the , really meant a lot to me.

tvt - relieved to hear you got a clean bill of health; disturbing to hear about your poor mom. Hope & pray it resolves for her.

mic - 100+ that's hot, hot, hot. I bet u r so excited! Grandbabies & soaps too - what a trip.

pam - only a few more skool daze to go, lucky duck. We're on till mid June this year. Funny to hear you describe the band concert. The youngins tend to play very fast & very loud...especially the percussion

mac - hope things are going your way! Try to relax & enjoy the summer break.

KS, I know you are glad to have your Mom released from the hospital, don't you love when they ask assinine questions like that? I agree...DUH.......don't let yourself get over stressed, you and your Mom veg out after you get her home and settled.

Yep, gonna be hot in ole AZ...but I wanted the soap weekend to coincide with going out there or going out there to coincide with the soap weekend so those are my druthers...I'd druther it be cooler and another time of year, but it ain't happening.....

Mac, you were the late owl last night for sure...did you find anything interesting while you were Google-ing? It amazes me sometimes what actually is out on the internet good and bad......for a child of the 50's, it is truely amazing! I grew up with like 3 TV channels and a transister radio

My gosh, I watched a little bit of the million $ Price is Right last night...jeepers, Bob is right, he DOES need to retire......but you know what, I remember him as a child hosting game shows, and I remember what the PIR was like back when it first came on television and NO, I'm not as old as Bob........
