Yup I'm back here for now.
Today is Christophers first reconciliation (a.k.a. confession) at church so I get out of work a little early to bring him for that.

Julie was up all night throwing up. First she threw up all in her bed. SO I thrw the sheets in the washer got her all cleaned up and she thanked me and told me she was feeling much better. So we all snuggled in my bed until she threw up in my bed. It was so gross. I was up from 1:30am to about 4:30am.

I know all moms have to deal with this..it's one of the job hazards.

so yucky

we had to replace a mattress once over that.

and when they close the schools, i don't get paid for that day.

I know how you feel about not working and getting paid...if i take a day off i don't get paid either...that is why it was so nice last week that i didn't have any kids one day and still got paid for it since i didn't take it off.

Pretty good weekend here -- quiet, for the most part.

The boys enjoyed Sesame Street Live -- Ryan apparently was a little freaked out by seeing huge life-sized Elmo and Big Bird characters on stage, but settled in after a while and liked it. Cameron loved it as well.

Sunday, we went to Mass and brunch and then went out Sunday night with Nicole's family for dinner for her birthday. We went to a Japanese Hibachi place (where they cook in front of you). Ryan once again got a little freaked -- this time when the chef made a big fire on the grill as part of the show. So he watched the rest of the cooking from a safe distance on Nicole's lap in table behind ours. He was fascinated by the whole thing -- but he wanted no part of being very close to the grill.

Sounds like you had a good weekend! That is cute that Ryan was fascinated but wanted to watch from afar!

quick check in; just back from hospital, mom didn't handle the 1st injection well. Now we get to do it again in 2 weeks .
