ocm - i almost choked reading your post, until i figured out (i am the niaive sp? one here geez).

Went out to eat @ Chili's, just DH, youngest DS & me...good thing we had some gift cards over $60, just entrees & cokes; plus tip; ah well -best meal i've had in ages .

DS serving mass tomorrow, then brunch date with DIL & her mom. They invite me & I get stuck with the tab, everytime.

Off to make a fruity-tooty rum drink or even two.

I went to another sex party!!

Wicked fun times. The woman asked me if I wanted to go with another one tonight at 8, but I'm not sure. I spent more money at this party than I had planned on spending.

well, it is after 8 est now.
what do you bet little momma went to the sex party????




maybe they sell long underware for this cold weather.
maybe i should go to one and buy lots of silk long underware.
i hear it keeps one warmer

Morning Everyone,

What I went for was a sort of perfum type thing. It's called pure essential (or something like that) it's suppose to be a scent that helps allure people to you. I'll see if I can find a link for this stuff.

The other thing I went for was this stuff that if you put it on your lips, it tingles and makes them puffy. So, be creative with it.

What I ended up getting was something much more expensive. It's a liquid cream that is an amazing stimulator. Infact, she gave samples to everyone in the room and we all ended up much happier after applying it.

It was $40 for the stimulator stuff and $20 for the scent one. I was only going to get the first two, but then she said she was SHOCKED that I wasn't going to get the stimulating one and I explained that I would pace myself.

I think she gave me a deal. At first she said, "here I'll give you a discount." But when I said no she quickly said, "Oh you know what, there is a deal that if you get the stimulating stuff, you get the Pure Essential for free."

No keisha, I'm the naive one as at sat there going, No way are you kidding, heck yeah then sign me up! It wasn't until i was driving home that I realized that it just happened to be the very two products I happen to want that went together.

It was really sweet of her to do that for me. I'm sure I'll go to more of those. She really wants me to sell with her, but I can't leave the kids as often as she does those. Plus, I'm not sure how good I would be at selling. She thinks I sell sex products well though.

morning all!

yesterday was a crazy day...sorry i didn't check in. we had noah's basketball game which he won then we ran to lincoln to get noah's glasses fixed...he has two pairs and they were both broke. Then we had to be back by 5p.m. because i had to go and work for a few hours. When i got home trent was on the computer because he got a new game yesterday and i guess his computer wasn't working sooo he was using ours.....somehow he made the D fall off now my keys aren't working right i think we are going to have to take it in and get it fixed...since it is still under warranty. my kids seem to break everything they get their hands on.

plans for today:

kids are at sunday school right now...well all but noah...he isn't feeling well so therefore we won't be going to church today.
Trent has a basketball game later....this will be there last chance to win as next week their tourneys start.
need to go grocery shopping sometime today.

Momma, you probably would be awesome at the party selling...you have a knack of making people comfortable and if you like what you sell, you have success! Of course you would have to sample all the products

Done not a thing since I woke up...dh made me pancakes which I shouldn't eat, but it was a treat...watched TV all morning, now I'm going to get a shower and run to the store I think...decided against going to town...just didn't feel like it today.

one of mine wore glasses and we became best friends with the eye doc place. they started to recognize me by voice when i called them.......

ocm - a natural eh? Actually sold a house once to a woman who told me she was self-employed, said it was direct sales ; paid in cash...repeat after me: i don't wanna know; long as i got my commission.

mac - Hope you get an unseasonable heat wave...you deserve it, with the harsh weather you get. I got hit up in church for 2 extra collections today, a raffle & bake sale, wish they took plastic; would pay all @ once & be done with it for a year. I just never seem to be able to hold onto any cash in my wallet ; family always "borrowing" it for something or other. I am the 1st national bank of Mom.

mic - a man who cooks, especially breakfast (especially pancakes) is a Keeper!

pam - sounds like a very busy day for you. DH got so annoyed w/DS 'messing' up computer. He luvs his "child-free" laptop I got him for Xmas.

Brunch @ Applebee's, had one of those $9.99 specials (quesadillas, chicken breast, rice & hot chocolate brownie; capped off with a "real" Mt. Dew). I brought 1/2 home; still consumed enough calories for a week. They want to do it again next Sunday, not sure I want to get into that; sort of enjoy my lazy day of rest.

mic--my sil was telling me about this wheat pancake mix they make now...might want to check into that...they wouldn't be such a no-no that way.

it will be a week tomorrow that dave and i started. I'll tell you the final tally for the week tomorrow when we weigh in. We ate some lazy cabbage roll cassrole tonight for dinner and i have to say it was pretty good.

they usually don't get to play on it but the computer downstairs is acting up so dave let them play their new game on this one....i don't think we will be doing that anymore after we get it fixed again!!!

seems everytime we let them do something like that something like this happens!!

dave gets to go and pick up his new car tomorrow if the weather stays okay...coke is getting him a new chevy HHR. He is pretty excited.

Pam, glad you came home winners, that sure is a nice feeling. I bet the kids were too...go TRENT. You will be surprised I bet when you weigh in this week...the first couple weeks are the hardest, but you will see results! Congrats on sticking with it...I didn't real blow dieting this weekend, but I did eat stuff I shouldn't, so back on the salad trail for me. I'm hoping you are pleased with the weekly weigh in. And don't feel bad if Dave seems to drop more pounds, men usually do when they start out...now how unfair is that

Snow is forecast here sometime tomorrow, I'm not sure, I've been ignoring it, as I've been waiting forever to get my hair done, my gal was away, and now on the very day I get an appointment (I made it almost 2.5 wks. ago) they call for bad weather..

It is freezing drizzle here this morning suppose to turn into snow later on....we can get anywhere from 3 to 10 inches of snow depending on how it comes in.
