Okay earlier the rain here was okay. Now its pretty bad. Our street is flooded and its already moved up my drive and into my yard. Hopefully it will stop soon.

My grandma had to leave her house and go to her brothers house. Her house is lower lying than ours is.

We have green grass most of the year. There is very little cold and rarely ever any snow so it just stays green.

Our grass is about that green...for now..it will turn when it gets colder longer.

It is drizzling here now...suppose to rain on Wed. here.

Mac, I think your game got postponed if I heard correctly...I'm rooting for the Tigers.........but I know you love your birds, so maybe they will at least win their league I'm thinking the Tigers are the Cinderella team this year

Off to watch some TV...I'm tired this evening, and its chilly, need to hunker down under the blanky's.......

Deena - Holy crap that is a lot of rain. I hope it dries out before your flight leaves.

Muffy - I have done Barney and Playhouse Disney multiple times and YES..it is much better than being at home. Ask Tony..he's done Barney too and he wasn't even on a trip!

Ed - Your pictures always put a smile on my face

Gant - I know Im late to responding to this, but I am very glad you got your gifts. I hope you enjoy them.

Mac - I'm glad to hear your brother is ok! Did the rain stop in St louis?

Mic - When I get interrupted when there is something Im trying to concentrate on I lost my train of thought too. At least you had a program to back you up.

Tony - How were the beach boys last night?

I just wanted to let you all know that it meant a lot to me that you guys were thinking and praying for me while last week became insane. Lee did move out last night, my dad is out of ICU and seems to be on the road to recovery and the weekend was not as stressful or emotionally draining as I thought it would be. Actaully, it was excellent for me to go and learn a new technique for communication.

Even if I don't get back with Lee, this tool will be wonderful to use with preteens and teenagers if you can teach them how to communicate like this starting at 9-10. By the time they are teens, they would have gotten the technique down and you can relate to them on a different level. I was really very glad I went this weekend.

OCM it's good to see you back with us.

The Beach Boys were actually pretty good as long as they were ALL singing. It was standing room only out there. The stand by line started at the right(facing the stage) of the American Gardens Pavilion and stretched almost to Mexico !!! I got a spot out front and just stood out there to watch them. I had never seen them before so I'm glad I went last night.
