No plans for NYE...I'd like to do something this year, but there isn't anyplace to really go that doesn't involve driving...and if I go out, I want to have a few.....dh actually has to work NYE and NYD, so he will be a wet blanket for sure...and I can't blame him

We have this new guy delivering our office supplies, he just pulled up and he is so frickin weird......bye

Sounds like everyone had a nice Christmas!

My kids got a ton of stuff. See I thought shopping early meant getting done early but I think in my case it just meant shopping longer
Michael was the hardest for me buy for. He wanted Star Trek TNG entire DVD set. I ordered a set from a company in Canada but it came from China! The box has Chinese writing on it but the DVD's are in English so all is well.

My niece and nephew spent Christmas night with us. We are always very excited to have them. My MIL seems better. She is finally on medicine and it really seems to be helping her.

The Jan trip? LOL, no but I better.
Im trying to decide our family trip. Matthew doesnt want to go during school and I want to go close to Oct so I can do the Halloween stuff. Michael wont go during school either. So we might go in Aug and hopefully snag some free dining and maybe I can still go for the Halloween stuff.

adam has been slacking off on the breakfast duty....ed do you think you can handle one more job? first you have the rise, now you have the wake up call, it only makes sense to feed us after you are done with us!

deena--glad you had a good christmas! i know what you mean about starting early...that is why i try not to start to early or else i go way over the amount i want to spend....well i go over anyway but i go way over if i start to early.

well, i think i am off....need to go see who is coughing up a lung upstairs...

deena, that's great your boys loved the christmas gifts.
they know you are the best gift giver!!

we bought a furnace before the cold snap and and that zapped my christmas money.
did iou's for sons and did buy a few gift cards for them.
i know, that's sad but the best i could come up with.

going to give one son a check so he can get the xbox.
i found it on line at a chgo store with the hard drive for $100 less, they are selling it for $299. and with a game. there goes one iou fulfilled. whew.... and he is going out now for it. i know who will be hogging the tv for the next few days.

gotta get back to the challenge thread.

deena, i decided to cancel out on the ladies november trip.
i posted about that twice on that thread but no one responded to it.
i won't be missed on that trip.

i will be going in the fall.
either i go sept 29 in case free food comes up again or i start my trip on oct 3 at the motherland.
will spend time there and then move to hard rock.
i got my loews platinum card and now i get the free upgrade suite.
i may have to switch to pbh as they have more suites available than hr does.

looks like i will do the second weekend at UO and do 4 nights of hhn there.
if you go at that time period, i'll see you there.

We might go in Aug now. I do want to go when they are having free dining and Matthew said he doesnt want to miss a week of school this year. Its his Senior year so I guess he doenst want to mess with all the make up work.
I never saw your post about not going in Nov then I again I normally dont go read the pages I have missed unless its like 1 or 2.

Deena - glad to hear you had an excellent Christmas!! Wicked funny about the DVD's. Good luck making up your mind about disney. If I go in August, it would have to be the first week, otherwise I am going end of Sept or Mid Oct. It will depend on the free dinning and school schedules.

Keisha - I LOVE the pics!! You are so pretty and your sons are very handsome. Looks like the wedding was a success. Very cool.

Mac - sorry you aren't going on the Nov trip. I'm never on that thread because I can't keep up and I don't have a computer of my own.

Pam - I wouldn't wait on me. I barely got finished my own house and it still doesn't look like I did anything. I may need to get a job just so I can have a maid.
