ocm - your kids are absolutely adorable:)

mic - need an extra to tag along to the crab fest;) . When I opened the pkg I realized it was the last of our dungess crab, there was so much we saved it for dinner tomorrow. Did you catch the end of Rock Star, can't believe they picked lucas...oh, well.

deena - i watched my very 1st survivor episode...not quite sure what to make of it:confused3 , held my interest though...once you watch it you girls can bring me up to speed on what to expect through out the season. I'm so envious of people who have the patience to scrap, I've got piles of stuff & just can't get going. Think if I had the space to set it up & now worry about putting everything away in a few hours, I'd enjoy it more.

OCM the kids look like they loved their cake.

Got the Pellet Stove they are installing it on 2nd week in Oct. Its an insert ,goes in the fireplace. And the Patriots won.

KS, come on down, I'll take you along to the feast, I'll just say you are my long lost daughter :thumbsup2

Yeah, Rockstar was a bust at the end....have no interest in Lukas and I invested time into something that was kinda a done deal. I did read though that only T Lee wanted Lukas, and I guess its his dough, so he rules :confused3 Loved, loved, loved Magni and Toby. I downloaded some of each of them singing on the show, so I can listen to them

I have a dedicated spot for scrapping, but I keep a sheet over it so it won't get dusty.............. :rotfl2: :lmao:

Off to watch a little baseball and then see what else is cooking on TV tonight. I started watching the telenovelas that have started on MyNetworkTV....Fashion House and Desire...both are ok, a step up from daytime soaps, but soaps non the less....I've gotten into them though, so I'll follow the 13 weeks to see what happens. ER starts this week
We'll get you hooked on Survivor. I've not watched all of them, but the last handful or so I've followed. It takes more than the first show to get into it...takes a couple weeks to learn the players, form opinions and see who you like and dislike. Read some of the boards here on the Dis, you'll keep up to speed :cool1:

Hey Ed, didn't see you sneak in.... :wave2: I know you are happy if the Pat's won :Pinkbounc

ed, your team won, mine won also.....a good day for sunday football, eh...

mic, you are always busy........teach me how to be more productive, you always get your stuff done.

ks, skipping church two weeks in a row, eh..........let's just hope you make it next week. ........i would say something but concerned it might offend someone...........i'll hold off on it.......it's about a place people go to. that is in the joke that i am not saying.

mr robot, if i knew you were on last night, i would have made a pot of coffee for the both of us.

is pam knee deep in applejack right now??

hey, those kids are cuties.
i love how the little/sammie eats. she takes after me. !!

HI gang I'm back from my trips...Did ya's miss me?? :lmao: I had a wonderful time in Memphis visiting my family and playing golf with my brother and my old buddies. Mom and Dad are getting older. It may be time for me to make the move back that way to be close so I can take care of them. It was very hard to leave.

The Atlanta segments of my trip were GREAT!! :cool1: As you can see by the picture evidence I've become quite fond of Nico, Julie and Sammie....We WON'T talk about the picture of me with Julie's birthday crown on !!! :lmao:

OCM went out of her way to make me feel at home while I was with them. She's an amazing mother and it was a pleasure to see her in her element and not at Disney, just being MOM...it was very special. I can't thank her enough for allowing me to come and see them. They made leaving home a little easier for me. But it was hard to leave them too !! I had such a good time there.

So I'm back in Orlando...one more day off from work in a golf tournament tomorrow so I'll be back to waking ya's up on Tuesday. It's good to be back with friends.... :grouphug:

Thanks again OCM....see ya next trip.... :thumbsup2

OH BOY, share what you learned at the seminar!! Type out those notes and forward them to me... :goodvibes perhaps when life lets me scrap again, I'll make good use of them :teeth: Seriously, glad you had fun and learned something new

I took some great classes. I dont know if you read Creating Keepsakes Magazine but one of my teachers for 2 classes was Elsie Flanagin. My style isnt the same as hers but I finally had to sew on a layout and it was fun and I actually could do it, lol.
We took a Junkitz class and it was way fun. The designers are so much fun.

I also had a Magic Scraps class taught by Emily Adams that I LOVED!

I took a photography lighting class taught by Candice (Stringham?) she wites photography articles for CK. She is so nice and gave us a ton of good advice.

And I dont know if you like Rusty Pickle papers but I took a class and I loved the layout and the ladies that taught were AWESOME!!

Canice and I are thinking of going to the Scrapbook Expo next year.

deena, you are so productive.
and so full of energy.

all i want to do is clean up my house and get rid of the junk.

you have talent.
you should hire yourself out and do scrapping for the public.
it would make you rich!!

If my dh saw that phrase "so full of energy" he would be rolling in the floor laughing, :rotfl:

Like most I guess I have energy for the things I like and not so much for the things I dont like, like cleaning and cooking. I think I need a spanking.

oh uh deena, better watch out.

i see ed walking down the street to your house with a paddle............
