I had scallops and shrimp....they are lightly breaded and broiled and delish...you get a side of whatever and salad or soup.......it is a little nicer than Olive Garden I think.......we just like it there.

Sounds good but, DH doesn't eat Italian - anything...not even pizza (but, he does do cat litter so he's redeemed LOL).

I'm pretty picky about sauces, etc.; other than my 2 oldest kiddos; the best thing I got from my 1st matrimonial go-around was some proficiency in cooking Italian. I make a mean tripe (stinky, but good!). Made a pasta dish today w/fresh tomatoes, parm. cheese, salami strips, olives - light & tasty!

The scallops I had @ Spoodles in WDW & again back @ home lately had much to be desired. Not sure if they were bigger "sea scallops" or what but, they tasted like much of nothing & were quite chewy - overdone?

Have you ever eaten @ Capt. George's Seafood Buffet (think they're a regional chain in VA & SC). Huge all-you-can-eat place, & reg. menu but, some of the best scallops, mussels, etc. I've eaten.

I'm a mere "hanger on", not a certified tester but, like the dancing critters w/coffee filter hats.

Of course, they'll never compete with the original dancing 'nanners ...they don't know why they dance - they just do!

I'm back KS...talked to ds for about an hour...catching up on yip-yap stuff...filling him in on what is going on here back on his old home grounds...what former friends find their names in the paper etc.........LOL

Carrabbas has steak and seafood also...they do only have salads with Italian type dressings though, so it might not suit you. I make a wonderful homemade spaghetti sauce myself....old family receipe....even my DIL makes it now......

Yes, those scooping hubbies are good for something aren't they?? It's hot here too.....mostly humid. Down out of the near 100's, but still darn sticky and yucky........glad I work inside

mac - did you catch the rumor on U board re BTF = Simpsons? My youngest DS is the worlds biggest Springfield fan but, almost choked when I told him that one - poor kid, he's torn. I can't figure out how they'd fit a coaster between that site & MIB? If my geography is correct, I'm thinking that's where the park adjoins the HRH?

No trips for us anytime soon still regrouping in our life and need to stay put for awhile......I'm trying to plan a long weekend to Florida to see my Mom........no time ever seems to be the right time if you know what I mean...

alright..i am finally almost done packing!! Just have to wait for the kids swimsuits to dry as they wore them tonight to a b-day party. Then I will be done!

I don't think we are going to take the laptop after all. So I will be out of touch until next sunday. One of the cool things is that one of trent's friends family is going to be at sea world the same time we are so i think we are going to hook up and do a few things together. that should be fun!
