I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!​

Missed chatting with you all. Hope everyone's peachy keen. Took a half hour to read thru the thread & try to catch up.

Had a truly wonderful trip, will bore you to tears soon.

Had a storm delay where we landed in Atlanta & sat on tarmac while the lightening kept striking around the plane . Should of known something was afoot when they called us back before we left MCO & they put more fuel in the plane. Since AirTran eliminated all but 1 very early departing NS flight to PIT, we settled for a connecting flight. You know where this is going, right? Left MCO @ 9:00 p.m., @ home after 4:30 a.m.

To add insult to injury, all of our checked luggage was soaked to the point where we could barely lift it off the carousel. Everything inside was wet, some things were soaked. Will take forever to do the laundry & dry out all the wet souveniers. Waiting for a CS agent to call me back from AT-grrrrr.

Another bump was officer Jeremy (who was in charge of security detail @ home) managed to get sick while we were gone & had to go to ER. Appears as though he as a "hole in his abdomen"!!!! We're watching Illuminations & I get the call, almost fell into the lake. It was explained to me that it can be a precoursor to a hernia. They gave him a morphine shot, lots of antibiotics & narcs & sent him on his way with the only restriction being not to lift more than 20 pounds & follow up with family dr. (of course, he's off the insurance - can't wait to sort out that mess-LOL).

I'm thinking positive even though I'm in WDW withdrawal. My next countdown clock is keeping me going 104 days but, who's counting!

There always seems to be a delay when you get to Atlanta. Wonder why that is.

Im so sorry about the officer being sick. I hope he gets better soon, but Im really glad you didnt fall in the lake.

Morning all!

You know, it shouldn't be Monday already!!! We should have a day to relax before we all go back to work!

I have tons to get done this week. I have been putting so much off the last two weeks because of swim lessons it isn't even funny. So I guess i better get my hind end in gear and get it all done. I was going to go over haul the boys bedrooms but I think that is going to have to wait till this weekend is over. As long as I get it done before I have my garage sale I will be happy. Their game room is another story though....i think pigs live there
