i tried late last night to get back on and couldn't get here.


i have been trying since 6:45 this morning to sign on.
i get this message of can't connect to yahoo mail or no response or crap like that.


i called someone and asked if they could get to yahoo mail and they couldn't either.

so, i went to disboards.com to get here.

i hate coming in that way. so slow and i have to change how i do things and i am too set in my ways to like it that way.


i don't have any access to my emails and that suxs big time.
grrrrrrrrr





i have to take off by 10, have a follow up with the surgeon today.

will be back.




i met pooooh bear/anita at six flags yesterday. she had a camera.
she took all these pics of everything but me.
brat.......so no pic of yesterday hair cut yet

Ok, I changed all my Disney Plans.

The long and short of it is, we are staying at a value resort for the free dinning. It just makes sense since you have to pay rack rate. Anyway, it was just going to be Lee and I and we had it all settled last night. My mom needed us to change the dates for her, so I was going to call this morning. We were scheduled for 6 nights, but now we only coud do 5 with her schedule. That was still ok.

This morning I called Disney and it was going to be 400 more to change the dates and lose a day because we had to stay in a Moderate and not a value. Well, for the same extra 400, we could go in Sept stay three days longer and bring the kids on the free dinning.

This was not that tough of a decision for me, but it took a little convinicing for Lee. Finally, he realized that I'm right.

So, I had to change all the dinning plans and we will be there on Julie's bday!!!

Good day my friends...just now getting around to second check in...but looks like it was hard to get on earlier, so maybe it was good I was busy this morning.....working on office supplies order.......whining men, I swear

Oh Momma, that is a big change in price for less stuff, so I don't blame you for changing times/dates etc. woohoo, sounds fun.......the best value is always the best time to go, when you can get the most for less $$$

MuffyJo, my excavation in the mouth is doing better each day...still tender, and it bugs me a little, but I really think it is the stiches drawing up a little, I've never had oral stitches before, so its weird feeling. Better than the pain I was in last Wednesday though, that is for sure......and thanks for asking Amazing how traumatic something is at the time it's happening, and then we regroup, adjust and move on........

So, its hotter than hades around here....supposed to stay this way til the weekend when it supposedly is cooling down......can't wait.

The tool for the doggies is pretty cool, and just thought it might be something to at least look at as your doggies are furry guys too. I'm glad I invested in it. I kept hearing such good things from other cairn owners, so just bit the bullet and went for it.

i hope you are starting to really feel better and not just saying things are better since you are a better person than i am about pain.




just got back on the dis thru yahoo.
i can now reach my emails..........


almost had a stroke over that.



have to run to the grocery store and keep putting it off.
i should have done it when the yahoo service was done.


but then, i am not the best planner of some things. after all i did have 3 boys within 4 years and some months all together.....

Whewee....what a whacky day in the granite world...... I just learned yet another job to do while MIA is away..........pretty soon she won't need to come back, everyone else will have all her duties

mac, I'm not just saying I'm feeling better, I am....it isn't all healed up, that will take a bit, I'm still very gingerly eating, and of course only chewing on one side...stitch or stiches, not sure what he put in, it just looks like thread laying in there come out next Tuesday afternoon. Rather than pain, I just have a little soreness/tenderness in my jaw.

hi mic.
the stitches do not hurt at all to be removed.

if the skin has grown over the stitches, all you feel is a pinch.


i'm the biggest baby of all when it comes to needles and pain and stitch removal in the gums did not hurt me at all.


now that you know that you will sleep better tonight.


i think you should get a pay raise for doing the work of the mia person.
do you want me to tell your boss that???

Hey gang!!!

I spent nap time today taping off my kitchen...my mom is going to paint for me tomorrow I will be soooooooooooo glad when it is all done!

Ocm--that is alot of money saved....that is cool that you all get to go! Tell me, when is this free dining? how long does it last? Is it something that will hang around for awhile? I am going to start planning our trip in a couple months....i love planning trips to disney....i just can't get into the san antonio trip

mic--i am sure time will heal all wounds!!! You will feel much better when you get those stitches out!!

mac--it does stink when you can't get on...i couldn't get my yahoo email this morning either....haven't tried to check it yet today.

I don't worry about being made fun of, I've gotten used to it over the years. If you knew my sister, you'd understand why . Come to think of it it's not just her, guess I'm an easy target .

MuffyJo, Miss MIA if she comes back on the 10th, will most likely be met with a hero's welcome.......well by one person anyway, the office manager who has real concern for her but everyone else in the place finds it abhorent the amount of time she has been off. Oh well, I just come in, do my job, collect my pay and enjoy the weekend....... Your whole assessment of the situation is about how things work in life though. I know this gal has lots going on in her life, but I could not deal with that much drama in my life without trying to ditch some of it and moving on. Guess I'm just different.

Well, gonna fold some and watch a little TV....

Any Big Brother fans here? I watched the first show tonight...it is an All-Star version, so it should be good this season.

Big Brother grows on you.........and if you follow any of the "spoiler" boards that are out on the internet, and keep up with more than what is shown on the tv shows, it is pretty fun. I follow an internet board "Jokers Updates"...where people post all the stuff they watch from the paid feeds...the contestants in the house are on the internet 24/7...so it keeps you more up on the goings on then just watching the shows on TV...anyway, I'm into it all.....

I forgot about this American Talent or whatever that is on...might watch a little of it now, see what it is about
