i love liver and onions dinner..........ordered it last night out with mr mac.....he hated the smell but this was a first for him not eating some of my food !!

I find nothing wrong in wearing what you say you are wearing to a wake....it is the time of year for that type of clothes...and as my husband always tells me, the dead won't give a s..#* nor will they be looking at my shoes..........

Pam, sounds like a fun weekend....I saw previews for that movie and it does look funny.....we will catch it on dvd when it comes out. Have fun eating at the 'versary affair.........I didn't cook either....dragged dh kicking and screaming to run errands with me and we ate lunch out...well, he thinks it was lunch, I say it constitutes all he will consume today that involves ME in any way. I had a nice salad and french onion soup. We were in Sam's and I said I might need to stop at the grocery store and you ought to hear the fit he threw...."when we leave here, the car is heading home, no more stops, this is it, I'm tired" blah blah blah.........men and if I had truely wanted to stop someplace else, suffice it to say I would have won the battle and the war.... I don't take a veto vote laying down

It is still hot, but not as humid....I want some nice cool temps......

honestly, mr. mic does not scare me..................and I'm sure I don't scare him....... But I do tend to sometimes want my own way...and I'm pretty slick at making that happen........

I will try my best to bring you the coffee that is the finest throughout the world each morning. It might be a little tough because of my crime fighting schedule but I will do my best. You seem to be very worthy.

watch out, scrap metal is mighty valuable these days. We set out an old gas grill for trash pickup & it was picked up in minutes by a guy with a pickup bed full of other junky metal stuff. Lots of stories of landlords w/deadbeat tenants stripping rental units of their copper & disappearing.

Wore a cool but,what I thought was a conservative outfit for visitation. Oldest DS bust out laughing - said he's never seen me in a hawaiian skirt (it was a very small print & I left my lei @ home). The rest of the dames had on black plunging cocktail dresses. DH is a keeper, went to the funeral home w/a fever, stood & made small talk to my *sshole ex who kept trying to bait him...asking over & over..."where's your tan, man". Meanwhile, DH (who sat in the sun for 3 days) is darker than I am (who tans year-round in salon). Hubby thought it was quiet amusing, ex retreated w/tail between his legs. I do that man. Will wait 'till he's sleeping & try for candid shots of his welts using his new camera lens. I can see him waking up & either thinking I'm getting frisky or gone over the deep end for sure.

Youngest DS finally supposed to get his bottom braces on early tomorrow a.m. Keep waiting for the last baby teeth to depart...my oldest had theirs until they were nearly 16. Hope he doesn't need for them to be extracted...he probably wouldn't talk to me for weeks.

BTW, thanx for the welcome back . Anyone else po'd that WDW raising tix prices again...isn't once/year in Jan enough?

Yes, they are always messing with the ticket prices...but did I read, and I may be wrong that it is only $4?? so that would be a buck a park? Not that any rise is good, but I guess it could be worse. Then I think wth isn't going up in this world today?? yikes, I didn't even fill my van today and I put $30 in it............

Good luck with brace fittings...been there done that...now my kids were the opposite, they lost their teeth very early......whenever I see/hear the word braces...all I see are $$$$

Think I will catch a little of Celebrity Fit Club then off to neverland.....Carnie Wilson has regained a good bit of what she lost since she had her baby...so much for gastric bypass or whatever she had. Hope it works for her, I thought she looked so nice after her surgery and successful weight loss. Someone always has a meltdown on this show, so I'll just settle back and wait for that to happen. Tina Yothers doesn't even look like the same person!

mic - I'm not sure how much they went up...I thought it was $4 a day, so on a multi-day tix it tends to add up when buying in multiples. It was just the catalyst I needed to get off my rear & buy those tix for DS. Especially since they'll raise the prices @ least once before his trip.

Between that & DVC cracking down on point transfers in member account my shorts are in a bit of a bunch. With the state of the world it's all a hill of beans but, I do so like to whine.

I forgot about Celebrity Fit program. I thought once they had the surgery it was dangerous for them to eat a lot, guess they can stretch what little stomach they have. Al Roker of the Today show looks like he's gained some weight too.

BTW, gas in MD was $.30 gallon cheaper than PA - land of taxes lol....night.

We had a really good time! I saw one of my cousins that I haven't seen in several years...it was good catching up with her! She is a year younger than me and when she would come back and visit when we were kids I would stay with them and play!
Found out tonight that my cousin who is in the Army had to leave this afternoon and will be leaving for Iraq on wednesday for a year. Thankfully he is very high up and will for the most part be out of harms way

yes disney park tickets are now $67 plus tax which i think makes it 73 for a ticket and that does not include hopping. that is base price.


i was at a disney store, a real one, not childrens place but disney store and i asked both cms at the check out if disney was increasing the prices for park tickets.
both looked at me and said, its just a rumor, people are on web sites are trying to get everyone upset.

and they said they guarantee no increase is happening today......


hahahahaha, i bet they feel stupid now.

On a lighter note........Went to "the Motherland" as some call it yesterday and rode the new version of Pirates.....wait was 20 minutes down from 80 minutes when I went to other day and DIDN'T wait....glad I didn't wait the 80 minutes......They added the Captain Jack character in 4 places.....changed some of the audio and changed the last scene........it was just ok I guess....

it is a wonderful 68 degrees here right now with a high of 85 today. It is raining too... we need the rain soooo bad! Trent has football camp this week so I am wandering where he will have it now that it is raining

This is Malarie's last week here with me too! I have a feeling that I will have to find a new helper next summer as she decided to quit college and go to hair school I truely hope it works for her...she is like I was at that age......UNDECIDED!!!


Had a hard time getting out of bed...but as i was doing my morning routine i just remembered......NO HEATHEN!!!!!!!
