Broke down & bought (charged - need those reward miles ) a new computer last month & switched to DSL and haven't been able to access the icons on this site since...I miss them so. Any geeks in the house? I've enabled pop-ups for the site but, still no go. I feel so stifiled. A smarter, book-learned, woman would've figure it out by now .

Keep the cute pics & similes coming, will have to get my kicks vicariously.

Lowered myself & asked one of my resident computer experts (youngest DS)...it'll cost me LOL. At least I can now again express myself using the pre-set similes. doesn't take much to float my boat.

Okay, I am home and i have to say....I am very mad!!!! Apparently the person i talked to forgot to tell me that they are not doing surgeries this sat. and so i did not get scheduled!!!! I got my pre op done, but have to go back April 8th for the actual surgery!!! I am so mad!!! I witched long enough they are taking $100 off my surgery, but still does not help the fact that we have to drive all the way back there just to have the surgery done.

So now i have to go through the week with wearing my glasses again, and all that jive until april 8!!!

Anyway, thanks for all the good wishes!!! I appreciate you guys so much!!!

I gotta run, i have to pick up aubrey, my mom has to go to a wedding today! talk to you all later!!!!

Oh Pam, so sorry they made that mistake. Just remember, things happen in God's time not ours. And look at you, saving 100 bucks (atta girl!) I know it doesn't make up for the inconvenience but it looks like you vented the correct way. Look at the bright side, we all get to make a fuss over you all over again on the 7th!!!

Ed, that stuff is cool, but man, that is a lot of info to clog up my brain..it almost looks like it charts fertility too..........

Had a pretty good day running around...now I'm tired....finished up laundry when I got home so I can kinda do nothing tomorrow.........well, I should do plenty, but I ain't

KS...it is always hard to ask the kids to explain stuff to us oldsters, but sometimes its the only way I get something figured out...to have that younger brain-power put out when I need help..being a geek has its rewards

Thanks guys! I was pretty bummed about it. Now i will have to get all nervous again and have to wear glasses again for a whole week!!! I have to tell ya though, the test they put your eyes through....wowzers!!!! My eyes were tired after they got done! I couldn't focus on my calander to see if the date worked for me...it was crazy...felt weird!!

Anyway, I just got home from Lincoln...dave wanted to pick the boys up from the husker game so aubrey and I went shopping since it was so cold out...i didn't feel like freezing today!!

I think it is time for bed...when my head hits the pillow i will be OUT!!!
