I'm back from my trip to NJ visting friends in Rockaway, we went to the USS Intrepid on Sunday in NYC Chris was so excited to go into the city we drove down Broadway so he could see Time Square.


Now if someone will just bring us Breakfast.

Good morning friends.....37 degrees here at 9:52 a.m....sorry for being so late this morning.........

Don't know what the temp was when I was up at 3 a.m. when the SAME house that had the fire Friday night was fully involved at 3 a.m. this morning....I'm telling you guys, I was kinda scared, thankfully the wind wasn't blowing so stuff couldn't get to us...it was a MESS....I finally went back to bed at about 4:30...wondering how the heck I would get to work, our street was full of firemen, firetrucks, hoses and a big van to feed the fire personal....our cars parked in from all that.......anyway, dh worked graveyard last night, so when he got home (he had to park way up the street), he took me and ds to work.....I was on time, ds was somewhat late...but we both made it in........I'll be dragging after a bit from so little sleep and the drama of it all..........I really believe it to be arson from the nutty son...but I'm sure this one will make the paper, I saw photographers around...........

Ok, I got called to adopt a little dog and my husband is about to kill me...but I want a doggie again, after 5 yrs..........he keeps saying we can't go through the putting to sleep or losing a pet again.......it was pretty hard, I do admit, but................wish me luck in persuading him..........

Pam, take us AWAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY....how bizarre is it that the winner is in your neck of the woods...have they come forward yet? Can you imagine?? $365 million ............... Please try and make acquaintence's with them.....

No, it was me. I had a blood clot in my shoulder and was in the hospital from Thursday night through yesterday. Give me a few minutes and I'll post a much longer explanation.

i had a blood clot in my leg some years back and had emergency surgery.
i know where you are coming from with a blood clot.



take your time, post when you can.

Sorry to hear that Bob!!!! I do hope you get well soon! Was thinking of you when you weren't here yesterday hoping everything was okay!!! If you needed a few days off i am sure they would have given you a few...you didn't have to go and get a blood clot!!! No seriously, I do hope you are feeling better!!!!

Do we need to send a nurse for you so she can take care of you????
