ugghh...i wish i could have stuffed a few of them in there!
the 1 year old decided to hit his sippy cup and make the lid come half off..milk was all over!!! there was not a dry spot on him...good thing he had extra clothes! I guess there is no use crying over spilled milk!


thinking about running to lincoln tomorrow morning before aubreys tumbling and trent's basketball game...that means i have to be back into town before 10:50 a.m. we will see what the morning brings!!!!

think i am just going to hang out and watch some t.v. and turn in early...it has been a looong week!

Evening all......whew....went to town after work.......BIG mistake....I didn't want to have to drag back to town over the weekend, so thought I'd do an errand or two this evening......YIKES.... traffic was awful and it felt like Christmas........so I only ran into the grocery store instead of Sam's.......but I did bring home dinner from Outback for us...as a treat for the working folk in this house.......

I plan on watching TV too I think, catch up on the 1000 things I've DVR'd all week....if I don't, all the next episodes will be on and I will be way behind.

I've researched some hotels for our meet.........we can stay outside of Baltimore, close to the airport in some places that are suites even, at reasonable rates divided by the number per room............

We can look them over and see what appeals to us...........

She screams loudly..................TAXES ARE DONE...........boy, we took a beating this year in Federal, about 1/2 the refund of last year, but we have hardly anything to deduct anymore and my piddly income last year...sometimes you wonder if its worth working? when the government likes to eat it all........... but they are done, filed and I'm glad that is done for another year..............

Now I think I'll veg for the rest of the day...... watch TV or whatever I want.........

Oh my, I forgot to tell you all I got the Queensland Salad from Outback last night...it was delicious and HUGE....I've got 1/2 left for dinner tonight...very yummy.........I was bad though and ate the dark bread.... but it's better than white bread though for me...so it all is good...

On a sad note, a boy that went to school with my oldest son, who was not quite 28 died of a heart attack yesterday......I felt so saddened when I heard that and can only imagine what his family is going through...he was a nice looking boy too and has a 6 month old son.........just so sad and makes you really want to hug and love your own kids a million times more than normal. My son was upset when I told him, they had played baseball together from little tots right through high school.........I hope he is at peace...just makes me so sad to even think about it...his Dad went to school with my husband, so we've known them all for years.

Wow, looks like this place has been happening!

I woke up this morning and took aubrey to pick out her glasses...she picked out...................cinderella glasses! they have a purple tint to them and has stars on the temple of them...pretty cute! She even got a case and it looks like a little purse that says princess on it...to cute! She is pretty excited and can't wait to get them now...will be in later on in the week.

Made a stop at kohls....all i gotta say about that is i am glad i was short on time because i could have spent lots and lots and lots of money....lots of cute stuff there today...now when i go back to shop they won't have anything....story of my life!

I then brought aubrey back so she could go to tumbling and i went to trent's basketball game which was a complete blow out.

Now I think i am going to take a short snooze and then go work on my taxes. I get them done next sat. and don't have another time i can work on them since i have a show on thurs. and fri. this coming week.

Ah taxes. I've been trying to do mine for days now, and every site I go to ends up freezing or something. I am not going to the irs site because then I have to pay to file them . Oh well I'll get them done eventually.

That's very sad about the heat attack. My sympathies.

Well I came to tell you (if any one really cares ) that my conference is on the 29th this year. Although, honestly, I doubt I'll be able to go any way, since I'm pretty poor this year . I'll be waiting to hear how much fun you all had when you get back though .

Sorry the dates don't jive for you....it really isn't that far from your home, maybe you could work something out to get together with us....it would be fun........

The Turbo Tax has a free form tax site if your AGI is less than a certain amount, but I think all the online places charge for the filing of it, if not the Federal, then the state charges....check out their site...my son filed on line with that and got that part free, but did have to pay to actually file them.

I just watched the Upside of Anger, it was a pretty good movie, more of a chick flick I think, but good.

I sure hope momma soon gets her computer up and going again, sure has been quiet in here.....guess Pam is knee deep in receipts for the year 2005... Ed must have a long weekend, haven't seen him since like Thursday and Adam is always busy with his family.....mac, did you run away too this weekend? Deena I bet is playing bunco and winning big bucks and Bob is having a great time of the golf course....gee, I'm pretty boring now that I read what everyone is doing...

Okay, i now have everything organized, but haven't actually started doing the tax part of them yet....looks like i will be doing all 12 months tomorrow! Oh well, i did the part of it that seems to take years to do..it shouldn't take me to long to do the last part.

Im on my way out. Its a day of business for me. The boys get to spend the day with daddy, playing games and harrassing him
Then tomorrow he gets to take care of me since Im having that wisdom tooth out (they are knocking me out).
I saw some good DING's this am. Thinking of flying to Orlando at the end of the month for Evans birthday. The rates were pretty good and how cool for a kid to be at the MK on your birthday

Ok, I'm confused. I thought you guys were going the 21st through the 23rd, did you change it to the 28th through the 30th? Well, guess that serves my money dilema . This is really the only conference of the year I don't mind going to since everyone goes so I know I'll have some one to goof around with (shh I didn't say that). It really is like being back in school, sit in the back and don't really pay much attention (I'm sure the teacher will love me for saying that ), not that you really need to pay attention since they give hand outs with everything the talk about in the. I just hate that it's on a Saturday.

They sent me an irs e-file thing I usually do telefile (so much easier) but the don't have it any more. If you do e-file on the irs site they make you pay but they send you to all these other free sites. Site where they want you to reenter your SS# only there's no place to reenter it, and/or they ask you an hours worth of questions that are just ridiculous for someone like me . It's very annoying!

Well I'm just going to sit here, watch Corpse Bride (very interesting early V-day gift from my mom . . . the first 1 , I'm liking it), and hope that my boss doesn't call me back and say she needs me to come in tomorrow.

okay, so it took me most of the day with a little break here and a little break there but i am finally done with my taxes!! Now i just hope i get good news when i go in on sat. to get them done....i am keeping my fingers crossed!!! I am okay with breaking even...i just don't want to have to pay in!

I am heading for bed as tomorrow will be a long day i am sure...the catholic school has no school tomorrow so i get 3 extras!

Sorry you have been under the weather Tony...it is the time of year for that crap to make the rounds......my son is complaining of feeling yucky and sore throat...but he went to work.....sometimes his boss will make him leave when he is feeling icky...

Pam, glad you got papers all ready for Uncle Sam......hmmm....I like the Uncle Sam I visit for groceries much better than the Uncle Sam who collects revenue..
