We've only had it a week but my wife loves it, she upgraded from a 96 Chrysler Town and Country so 10 yrs newer is a good thing and its all whell drive so it should go good in the snow. OCM and Deena thats that white fluffy stuff you see the guys in the winter Olympics sliding around on with those boards stuck on their feet.

our southern gals might need this for a hint ed.

Are you suggesting that I dont know what snow is? I am blond, but I am not stupid. I know snow is the stuff that you put on top of the cone and spray it with colored syrup. :earboy2:

It's been scientifically proven that alcohol improves performance in "bar sports" (e.g. darts, pool, etc.)

I've also learned, however, that there's a law of diminishing returns too. Somewhere around 10 beers is my peak, I've found. :rotfl: :rotfl:

Well enough talking to myself--have to get off of here and start getting things done...mainly me so i am not scary looking to everyone and their dog!

Probably won't be able to check in again till morning so everyone have a good night!!

see ya on nekkid day!!! :cool1:

:cool1: ever notice that this little man is wearing nothing but sunglasses????? :teeth:

didn't work for my friend...she threw the dart on the top of the dart machine and it went down inside...we couldn't even find the dart! Oh it was soo funny...well it was at the time, ofcourse i think we already had plenty!

so bob--is what you are saying is if i played dart sober i would stink at them?!?!? hmmmmm.... interesting!!! :teeth:
10 beers??? oh i could so drink you under the table!!! :p ofcourse i guess i should really say...i would be under the table after i got through with those 10 beers!! :rolleyes1 :teeth:

Have a good one Pam...and calm down, I know the feeling, but everything will fall into place and it gets done......remind me of that when I start whining about how busy I am :teeth:

Adam, your little poop eating grin kitty is adorable....that is the grin of someone just through a 2 day windstorm........ ;) :earboy2:

Ed, that vehicle sure is purty...glad Mrs. Ed likes it....and it should do very well in the snow....yep, I know what the stuff is ;)

mac, only one thing checked off the list? your slacking sister.......have you had any 911 calls from the newly departed son? I bet he's called a couple times for advice already....they might leave, but they still need mom's opinion about stuff....sorry about Kyla...........did you file for custody? you should you know..... :goodvibes

as a matter of fact, yes i have.
the calls started at midnight last night............

i don't think he wants to live where he moved to. he's been there since saturday.......this is wednesday...
he should stay and try to figure life out, for at least a month.
as much as i want him home, i can't coddle him and give him the answers to life.

i started packing kyla's toys today.......went out and bought more cute stuff for her.
i showed it to her awhile ago and all she wanted to do is play in the cardboard box.........go figure

and the idiotic lawyer laughed at me when i tried to hire him.
what a stupid jerk he was..........

one thing done on my list today but i did pack up david and kyla's last remaining things here. found a whole lot of clothes dead in the dryer.....and they didn't belong to any of us here....folded them and threw them in a bag.

i really shouldn't iron and fold things up.
i know he will just through everything on the floor at his place.

pam, sleep early tonight and come back and play tomorrow. i will be here.
no school
play day for all.........

pam, the only dart game i played was pin the tail on the donkey....used a dart while blindfolded trying to pop the ballons on the donkey.

i have a nifty dart board but the darts are pretty much like weapons.

another thing hid in my basement............
maybe someday i can get it out.

I had lunch with a SAHD today. He is really sweet and we had a nice long lunch. Well, he had a nice lunch, I had a nice ice water, but you get the point. :teeth:

Sounds fun............be careful.......... ;)

Oh mac, I know what you mean about laundry...I can't believe both my kids came from ME.........they have no clue about the proper handling of clothes when washing.........well, married son at least will do laundry, but I swear, he NEVER saw me fold stuff they way he does........and youngest son only does laundry as a necessity when I'm away...........yeah, I spoil him....but I can't stand how they do laundry. When I'm in AZ, I do most of their laundry for them just so its folded and stacked nicely....... :rotfl: :rotfl:

Yep, let him sit in the new apartment for awhile and figure it all out...its really a good thing for him......it opened my son's eyes when he left...course he was 2000 miles away and had to make the best of it........ :teeth:

so.......he was hot.....

it's not really an apartment........it's the basement of a house he has rented.
very limited.......i bought him a small fridge to give him

i know it will get dreary.......no windows

As moms we will always worry mac, but he will have to learn from his mistakes.......just like we have.......and if he has made a poor choice, I'm sure he knows that in the end, he can come back home if he needs too, but he needs to give it a chance. My son got fleeced by his first roommate, they decided after less than 6 months they wanted out of the apartment, to which there was a lease...but he sucked it up, fought them on it to at least get some money to cover expenses and he was able to move into a smaller place that was owned by the same rental company without all the broken lease fees etc. And he actually ended up in a nicer apartment when he went on his own. He never once asked us for money either, he did it on his own. It was a "situation" and he made his own way out of it.....I knew then that he was gonna be ok.................although you guys know I still "worry" 'bout my offspring :p , but I'm secure in the fact they can fend for themselves if need be. David will be fine.......... :grouphug: and so will little Miss Mac Kitty......maybe the company of her will be good for him.

just talked to the son again and now off to the store to buy things for him.

he just asked me, "how do i get rid of rat poisoning?".................

the owner put down rodent poisoning in the corners and on the bar counter.

i'm buying everything i can lay my hands on and if he lets me, i will go tomorrow and clean that place up.

can't risk kyla being poisened...................starting to think the boy has no sense at all...........he can live with it but i won't let kyla be at risk. she is as stupid as the boy is at times..............but we still love her, somebody has to.

i am starting to think the boy should not be telling me all these things.
