I do have to ask, and please tell me if it's too personal....but....you show a picture of your son and his wife.....after seeing your last picture....I'm guessing you must have had your son at a very, very, very young age....say 12?

What a great looking family. Asher had a ball tonight at his birthday party. He got a lot of stuff (thank you Lord for providing). I know of a lot of kids in my area that do not have 1/4 as much as my kids do. I must say though that I am very blessed.

Evening Adam......that is awesome about Asher being the bomb tonight...and rightly so on his big DAY.......glad it was fun....and I so agree with you, I can complain with the best of them, but when I look at the big picture, I am also blessed and should be thankful for what I have....like you say, many have far less than we do.......but anyhoot, glad it was a grand 7th.....before the day is over HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Little Dude Asher....


Thanks for the compliment......but I must say, I started my family rather late......I was 28 when I had my oldest...we had been married for 6 yrs. before he came along.....then 4 years later #2........and most days, I feel everyone of my birthday's....... and #1 is 26, so you can do the math.......... But again, thank you my friend....you are way too kind.......

Where is our million dollar seller? We will be saying we knew her "when" .....

Hello all!!! Remember me?!?!?!?!?

I just got home not long ago and must i say...this home party business is kinda neat!!! I kept my sisters show open for another week because she has a lot of people that didn't make it do to high school sports. So far she is at $500 and some change!! YAY!!! I have easily met the goal that athome set for me which was to sell $1000 in 35 days. I did it in two shows!!!

anyway, enough business talk!!!!


mic--those pictures are sooo good! I am telling ya...if your ds and i weren't both hitched i would be beggin' you to hook me up!! You done good my friend!! You have an awsome looking family! Adam is right...you look sooo young to have a child that age.

Adam--i am so glad that asher had a good birthday. I agree with you...there are so many less fortunate kids out there and i am thankful for what my kids and my family have! So, did asher run out of first yet?

I'm in the throws of a million pounds of laundry.........

We have thrown around the idea of going on a family walk today...it is to be in the 70's.......so we might just do it!!

OK, I'll say...

I have to work until 1:30, then get TagBabyIan from RRBB. She has a Hair appt. I will then take him at 3:30 to my Nephews Birthday party (at a Fencing club). Then we will meet up with RRBB and buy a new car seat. He has been aqt the edge of safety in his carrier for a couple of weeks now, so we must replace it. Tomorrow at 1:00 there is a Dis-Meet, and at 6:30 we are going to my DN's birthday dinner at a nice restaraunt.

he is going to live in the basement of some guy who bought a house.
hope he lasts the year there.

he will be back for one night this week and then take the cat with him.
once the cat goes, so does all my cat things. i am not going to have them around.

retiring from cathood

will check in when i get back today. its only a 3 hour drive for me so look for me later today.

Im so sorry we missed you. We were probably already gone. We had ressies at 5:30. My 2 little ones were Darth Vader (Evan 5 yrs) and Spiderman (Connor 3 years). We will probably be back next Oct. I love the Halloween parties.

Mac I know you must be sad over the boy moving out. I have a feeling come next Aug when Michael goes off to college my dh will have to pry me off the boys leg. Im really not looking forward to it.

It ws nice to meet you. I was dressed up as Alice In Wonderland at LTT, and I think we were still there at 7. We were probably all eating. Eds crew was all dressed as priates. My kids were Dash Incredible, Minnie Mouse and Tigger.

Anyway, we are sorry we missed you. And thanks for the compliment, everyone here seems to be wicked awesome.

Oh mac, I can sympathize with you on the son leaving home....all too well....

3 hrs. is still pretty close though, at least what I term "commuting" distance Hope all goes well for him. He is taking the kitty that is sick? Will he take good care of her then? Seeing she gets shots etc? Oh wow, you will really be lost with 2 of the family gone at once.

I took an antihistimine tablet and it just totally knocked me out...here it is almost 2 hrs. later and I've got to get moving!! Yikes, I should never have taken the darn thing.........alas, my washer awaits my royal presence....

don't laugh but i told my david i was seeing a lawyer to get a court order to keep the cat.

he thinks he will pick her up this thursday ...........



just got home and of course with the blahs.
it is not easy having a son move out.
this is the first time for me and i feel lost.
i only have called him three times when i left his place while i was driving.

i cried so hard when i left, he started crying.
