any fight you are in, self defense or not, you are arrested by the police, have to go to court, pay court fees, do community service and get suspended from school for 3 days.


and to note, if you don't have cash with you when you are in court, you have to pay a $7 surcharge to use your credit card........


i only had to pay the fee once.

The thing about this situation is that this boy and trent are usually friends! Hi mom is really nice and I would stop and talk to her if i saw her outside of school. Actually, she works at the school trent goes to as a teachers aide so I am sure he son will get it as well!

They must have both been a little off today...not making to many judgement calls until I get trent's side of the story though

Wow, that is alittle steep, but I guess if there is alot of fighting going on they may have no other choice!

You know, growing up i can remember 1 fight the whole time I went to highschool!!! That is crazy to me, but ofcourse I went to a small highschool...i think there were like 350 students from 9-12 grades!!! I had 54 in my graduating class!

I am leaving tonight. Just the kids and I. Lee is staying here and flying up on Thursday. So, I am leaving tonight, going halfway..or as far as I can get, and doing the rest of the drive tomorrow! I'm going to meet my favorite aunt and my cousins for lunch tomorrow on the way up. She lives about an hour south of DC right off 95. So, I am excited to see her.

I was told to check in, so I will probably call Deena or Ed just to let you know that I got there.

Wish me luck! This drive can be anywhere from 10 hours to 15 hours depending if I hit traffic!
