Deena, so glad you and family are relaxing...........WHY NOT....that is what it's all about....enjoy it while you can............

I was a GOOD girl this morning, got myself together and took a walk all by my lonesome....dh is at work, son said "nah"....so off I went...I did 2 miles, so some of my jubilation food yesterday hopefully got whittled away...

Think I will have a little breakfast/lunch mixed, then read today and enjoy the fact that it is a holilday.........oh, of course I have some laundry I can retrieve from the dryer dam stuff just won't fold itself and put itself away...........

Here I am again, carrying the torch........... ...it is now raining here, the end to a semi-gorgeous day.......I've been watching my Miami Vice DVD's....gotta love ole Crockett.........woohoo he was a hottie...too bad he has gotten old along with me..........

looks like mac and dh are on their way home.........

just got home unpacked, visited with neighbors to see what we missed, and went to the grocery store. Now i am settling in and getting ready for bed. Branson was fun--alot to do in a little bit of time! It was kinda overcrowded which we figured it would be for memorial day. It would be fun to go back with a boat to take out on the lake. we were going to rent one but they were all taken for that day. We did ride the duck though and the kids had a blast on that! Noah was happy because santa drove our duck!

ed--hope you had a good anniversary!!!

mic--good job for keeping us alive!

ocm--glad lee is over your little disagreement.....hmmm....i bet the wind blew to get him to forget about it!!!

mac--how was camping??? hope the wind didn't blow your tent down!!!

deena--glad you got to relax! that is always a good way to spend the day doing nuttin'!!

kj--sounds like you like working in the yard except for those snails...my ds's would be in seventh heaven if we had snails here...they love that kind of stuff!

okay i am off to bed--have to get trent out to the ball park by 8:15 in the morning for ball practice and i have to pick up our neighbor boy too...i don't know why his coach chose 8 o'clock practice--i think that is more torture on the parents then the child!

rained while canoeing
missed my computer
missed my friends here
no signal on cell phone
no bathroom........
got bored

and the rest i will talk about this afternoon, as the saga continues...




and a very good morning to all of you !!
so glad to be back home to a warm house, a real bathroom, computer, tv, phone, clean clothes and toilet paper.

good afternoon all! had one crazy morning!!

mac--i am so glad that camping was kinda kewl!! you are a real trooper because i am like ed's wife and would NOT go camping unless i had one of those kinda campers along. I did think of you we did drive by a camp ground in branson and told dave that i wandered how you were getting along. there were people there with clothes hanging on their self made clothes line--NOT ME!!! NO WAY!!!!!



i think dave is going to take the boys to the star wars movie tonight. they have been wanting to see it but we have not have any time to go so tonight i will catch up on my cleaning and walking and dave can take the boys to the movie! Oh yeah weigh in is tonight but i think i will be on the plus side this week--will be totally if i am not!

Hi all...I spent most of my day visiting Uncle Sam and Uncle Costco...........whew...........a little sure adds up quick........

I'm really feeling not so hot this afternoon since I got back, so I think I might chill out for a bit before I fix some dinner for the guys..........I'll be back later on I'm sure...........just need to overcome this yuckiness....

Ok, so I lied. I didnt get to the gym today. But, guess what..I weighed myself this morning..no change. After sitting on my butt all day..I lost .2lbs!! WHOO HOO! I think I shoudl do this more often!


Good luck with your weigh in tonight Pam. I lost .5 pounds this weekend..and after the weekend I had, I deserved it!
