I did go and weigh in tonight and i could have sworn that i was going to gain with all the brewhaha i drank this past weekend and i did NOT watch what i ate--well i did watch it go in my mouth! I was pleasently surprised to see the scale be a -1.2 lbs.!!! YAY!!!!

so i learned something this past weekend..... michelob ultra is now my beer of choice!!! although i did hear that if i would go michelob ultra light that it has less calories yet but not alot of places here carries that one i guess..oh well found myself a new beer.

mac and my show is coming on so i am off to watch it...i will try to check in before i turn in!

I watched the Contender, taped AI....saw bits and pieces of it....and I can't get through either.........hmmmmmmmmmmmm....good sign or bad sign.........don't know, but I figure even if Bo comes in #2, he is still gonna make it....

I watched my tape of AI, and neither of them blew me away with their songs....those made for Idol songs stink anyway...JMHO....and Bo did great with "Vehicle"....but I've never been crazy about that song............I got through finally a little bit ago..........tomorrow night will tell the tale....

I watched Rob and Amber tie the knot...it was so less splashy than when that Trista and whoever he was got married, this was much less blown out of the world (if it can be when a network is footing the bill) and rather nice to watch....
